Once I graduated high school, I moved to Massachusetts where I received my college degree in Business Management at Clark University. I spent many years in New England working in the communications field as well as selling real estate part time for Century 21. I moved back to Pennsylvania in 2002 and decided to get my realtors license as our family had several investment properties both commercial and residential that needed property management. I joined Koehler-Marvin Realty as an agent in 2004 and focused on building a rental and property management business. My expertise is not only in screening and finding good tenants for landlords, but I have vast experience in residential, commercial, and investment property sales. I have been awarded Top Sales Agent for 2009, 2010, and 2011. I also have a love for old properties and bringing them back to life! I have been chair and member of the Towamensing Township Historical Commission for several years. My personal experience in renovating older homes brings a great deal of knowledge and expertise to my buyers and sellers as well. I also worked part time at Towamensing Township as the assistant secretary, which has given me a better understanding of the process of dealing with zoning changes and permits needed regarding local properties. 	E. Ann Velopolcek - Realtor I was born and raised in Central N.J and have been living in Pennsylvania since 1984, Kunkletown for the past 14 years and in Carbon County for the previous 12 years. I am married and have 5 children and 2 grandchildren. I attended Northampton Community College and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design in 1993. It seemed a natural progression to become a Real Estate agent and I began Real Estate career with Koehler-Marvin Brodheadsville office in 1994. Having lived in the area for so long I have an extensive knowledge of the overall market and property values in the area of Pleasant Valley and the Palmerton and Lehighton Areas. Being a wife and mom I understand how important the right home is for every family. My experience covers working as both a buyers agent and a seller’s agent. I have also been involved in several commercial transactions and feel comfortable in handling these transactions. My hobbies are gardening and singing in my church choir, helping out on the fundraising committee for our youth group and serving on council. 	Donna Herzog I am a native to the Carbon County area and proud of it. My father was born and raised in Walnutport and my mother grew up in Lehigh Township. I grew up in the small town of Bowmanstown and loved being part of a small community where everyone helped each other. I graduated from Palmerton Area High School.
